Job Summary
We're seeking experienced and enthusiastic individuals to join our virtual customer experience team as Live Chat Support Representatives. As a Live Chat Support Representative, you'll be responsible for assisting arenaflex customers with inquiries, orders, account issues, product information, and general troubleshooting via our secure chat interface. This is a non-phone, customer-facing role that requires fast, clear, and helpful responses.
Responsibilities
As a Live Chat Support Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries via live chat
- Resolving product questions, delivery issues, returns, and account concerns
- Providing accurate, valid, and complete information by using available tools
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional tone at all times
- Escalating more complex issues to appropriate support departments

Requirements
