Job Summary

We're seeking experienced and enthusiastic individuals to join our virtual customer experience team as Live Chat Support Representatives. As a Live Chat Support Representative, you'll be responsible for assisting arenaflex customers with inquiries, orders, account issues, product information, and general troubleshooting via our secure chat interface. This is a non-phone, customer-facing role that requires fast, clear, and helpful responses.

Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Support Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries via live chat
  • Resolving product questions, delivery issues, returns, and account concerns
  • Providing accurate, valid, and complete information by using available tools
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional tone at all times
  • Escalating more complex issues to appropriate support departments
  • Meeting performance goals such as response time, customer satisfaction, and accuracy

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • To be at least 18 years old
  • Strong typing speed (minimum 40 WPM) and written communication skills
  • Basic computer literacy and reliable internet connection
  • Ability to multitask between chat windows and internal tools
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Legally eligible to work in the United States
  • Prior customer service or remote work experience is a plus but not required
