Job Summary

As an Entry-Level Live Chat Support Representative, you'll play a vital role in providing real-time support to customers through our website-based chat system. You'll be responsible for answering questions, troubleshooting minor issues, and guiding users through product pages or the checkout process. Key Responsibilities
