Job Description
We're seeking experienced Customer Service Representative Agents to participate in our part-time focus group studies, working from the comfort of their own homes. As a focus group panelist, you'll have the opportunity to earn up to $750 per week, depending on the number of studies you participate in.
Key Responsibilities:
* Participate in National & Local Paid Focus Groups, Clinical Trials, and Market Research assignments
- Complete written and oral instructions, as well as written surveys for each panel
- Use products and/or services provided, and be prepared to discuss them prior to the meeting date
- Show up at least 10 minutes before the discussion start time
- Participate fully in one or several of the above topics
- Read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions
Qualifications:
* Must have either a smartphone with a working camera or a desktop/laptop with a webcam
- Must have access to a high-speed internet connection
- Desire to fully participate in one or several of the above topics
- Ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions
- Customer service representative agent experience is not necessary
