Job Summary

Essential Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., customer service, communications, or business) preferred - 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively - Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills - Proficiency in using computer software and technology (e.g., CRM systems, email, and chat platforms) - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
