Experienced Full Stack Strategy & Operations Manager – DashPass Customer Experience

We're seeking an exceptional Strategy & Operations Manager to join our team and help us build the world's most valuable subscription product.

About the Role

As a Strategy & Operations Manager on our DashPass team, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing growth and quality initiatives that drive subscriber retention and acquisition. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, analytics, finance, design, and more, to bring strategies to life and make data-driven decisions. Your expertise will be invaluable in helping us navigate complex problems, experiment with new ideas, and build innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute strategies to drive subscriber growth, retention, and engagement

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build, launch, and scale new initiatives and products
  • Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, and use insights to inform decision-making
  • Design and implement experiments to test new ideas and measure their impact
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the organization
  • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of initiatives and make data-driven decisions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and apply knowledge to drive innovation and improvement

Essential Qualifications

* 6+ years of experience in strategy, operations, product, growth, or related areas

  • Proven track record of leading initiatives, hitting goals, and succeeding in a cross-functional team environment
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in SQL, financial modeling, and performance tracking
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field (e.g., economics, finance, mathematics, computer science)

* Experience working in a subscription-based business or similar industry

  • Knowledge of customer experience design and user-centered design principles
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques
  • Experience with agile project management methodologies
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box

Compensation Ranges

* Colorado: $128,900 - $193,300 USD

  • California: $136,000 - $214,800 USD
  • New York: $143,200 - $214,800 USD
