Responsibilities of an Experienced Retail Customer Care Representative
As an Experienced Retail Customer Care Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Building and maintaining relationships with both existing and potential clients to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
- Identifying customer needs and recommending suitable products or services that meet those needs
- Generating retail sales by leveraging your passion for cutting-edge technology and exceptional customer service
- Learning and uncovering customers' needs by creating connections and asking the right questions
- Positioning product insights and solution recommendations to provide customers with a complete top-down sales solution
- Closing sales by using phenomenal communication skills to fulfill customer needs with simple and intuitive tech solutions
- Continuously developing yourself through ongoing training and up-skilling in operational functions across merchandising and inventory
- Refining your sales skills through outbound calls to current arenaflex customers interested in our products and services

Qualifications of an Experienced Retail Customer Care Representative
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or GED
- One or more years of work experience, preferably in a retail or sales environment
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (you'll know your schedule four weeks in advance)
- Openness to pick up additional shifts and earn more income, typically during the summer months, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods
- Experience working in a commission-based environment
- Demonstrated sales experience communicating with customers to find solutions
- Customer service experience, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
