Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support through order taking, in-store duties, and learning the ins and outs of our business. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service through order taking, answering customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

• Assist with in-store duties, including maintaining a clean and organized store environment, restocking shelves, and performing other tasks as needed
• Learn the ins and outs of our business, including our products, services, and policies
• Develop strong communication and interpersonal skills, working effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
• Work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive and inclusive work environment
• Meet or exceed sales and customer service targets, contributing to the success of the store and the company as a whole

Physical Requirements

* Standing for long periods, walking for short distances, and occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds

• Ability to navigate stairs or climb a ladder to change prices on signs, wash walls, and perform maintenance
• Forward bending, stooping, and crouching to stock shelves and clean low areas
• Reaching, pushing, and pulling to move trays and other equipment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with frequent interruptions and changing priorities

Qualifications

* Valid U.S. employment authorization that allows you to work in the United States of America

• Friendly and approachable demeanor, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
• Ability to multitask, work under stress, and meet or exceed sales and customer service targets
• Ability to follow company policies and procedures, and work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team
• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or relevant experience preferred
