Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Answering customer calls, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing exceptional customer service through various channels, including phone, email, and chat
  • Performing data entry tasks and maintaining accurate records
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide solutions
  • Staying up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed support
  • Meeting or exceeding performance metrics and targets

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • One or more years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or customer-facing role
  • Experience working with organizational functions and personnel
  • Experience working with fax machines, computer software, and telephone technology
  • Experience working with and skilled in the use of help desk software
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus:

  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products or services
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
