Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Entry Clerk to join our remote team. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our systems, ensuring data quality and integrity. You will work closely with our team to identify and resolve data entry issues, and provide exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

* Accurately and efficiently enter data into our systems, ensuring data quality and integrity

  • Identify and resolve data entry issues, escalating complex issues to the team lead as needed
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with the team to identify and implement process improvements, ensuring efficient and effective data entry processes
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Work independently with minimal supervision, using initiative and judgment to resolve issues and make decisions

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in data entry or a related field

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to maintain high levels of productivity and efficiency
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, using initiative and judgment to resolve issues and make decisions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
  • Familiarity with data entry software and systems, with the ability to learn new systems quickly
