Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact on our customers' lives. Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Providing outstanding customer support and ensuring a memorable customer experience
  • Answering customer inquiries and resolving complaints in a timely and effective manner
  • Developing and maintaining a customer database, sourcing and developing client referrals
  • Making presentations of our products and services to current and potential clients
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction and good client relationships
  • Performing quality checks on product and service delivery
  • Outfitting Service Technicians and ensuring products are allocated correctly
  • Answering and scheduling service calls
  • Processing paperwork on service calls

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
  • At least 2 years of experience as a successful CSR (Call Center or Security monitoring experience is a BIG plus)
  • Excellent customer focus, verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency with basic computer skills, including experience moving between multiple computer screens while entering data
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to quickly learn new software, interfaces, and systems
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Customer-first mentality
  • "I can do" attitude

Location

The ideal candidate will be based in Hawthorne, NJ 07506, and will be required to commute to our office location. Relocation to Hawthorne, NJ 07506 is required before starting work.

Shift and Hours

The Customer Service Associate role is a full-time position, with an 8-hour shift and a day shift schedule. The ideal candidate will be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
