Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Delivery Representative to join our team in San Dimas, CA. As a key member of our risk compliance group, you'll be responsible for examining, assessing, and combining data to provide valuable insights to our clients. Your expertise in administrative procedures, client support, and data analysis will enable you to provide exceptional service and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

* Examine, assess, and combine data to provide information for clients

  • Provide administrative procedures and oversee all client payrolls
  • Work closely with banks and other stakeholders to ensure seamless client service
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive business growth
  • Analyze data and identify trends to inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with the risk compliance group to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance client service and efficiency

Must-Have Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in a call center or customer service role

  • Proficient in Excel, including VLOOKUPs, formulas, and macros
  • Tech-savvy, with strong typing skills and a background in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • High School Diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in the financial services industry

  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance procedures
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks

Compensation and Benefits

* Competitive hourly rate of $20/hour, with the potential for salary adjustment based on skills, experience, and education
