Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service experience consistently, managing customer accounts, and providing technical support. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Inbound and outbound calls to resolve customer inquiries and concerns
• Delivering high-quality customer service experience through multiple channels, including online chat and email
• Managing customer accounts, including application data entry and technical support
• Interpreting and following defined procedures and policies to ensure compliance
• Utilizing creative problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues
• Demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to changing projects and updates
• Managing time and tasks effectively, prioritizing multiple responsibilities and meeting deadlines
• Participating in extensive self-study, training, and testing to ensure eligibility for certifications and promotions

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Moderate to advanced computer skills, including proficiency in CRM systems and practices
• High level of comfort learning new technology and adapting to changing systems
• High level of professionalism, including excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work from home, with a dedicated, private, and secure workspace
• Self-motivation and a success-driven attitude, with a commitment to full attendance and performance
• Minimum internet speed of 35 mb/s with a hard-wired ethernet connection (cable/fiber broadband internet is required)
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test within 3 days of hire

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, previous experience in customer support or technical support roles, as well as experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act, is highly desirable. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices, as well as Spanish bilingual skills, is also a plus.
