As a Survey Research Telephone Interviewer, you will engage in outbound calls to collect valuable survey data on diverse topics. This role includes: • Conducting telephone interviews • Following a script to ask survey questions • Accurately recording responses You will contribute to exciting projects that shape the future through critical insights, with no sales or collections involved. Location & Schedule • Location: Houston, TX (Onsite) • Hours: Flexible, Part-time • Walk-in Interview Hours: Monday - Wednesday, 12 PM - 5 PM • Interview Location: 7324 Southwest Freeway, Suite 1800, Arena Towers Two, Houston, TX 77074 (Visitor parking available in the garage) What We’re Looking For • Strong communication skills • Professional demeanor • Comfort with phone conversations • Basic reading, computer, and typing skills • Understanding of good customer service practices • Ability to follow attendance policies • Experience: No prior experience required; paid training provided. • Age Requirement: Open to applicants 16 years and older. Flexible Scheduling • Evening and weekend shifts available • Choose from shifts ranging from 18-40 hours per week • Evening shifts: 4 PM - 11 PM (Monday - Friday), 10 AM - 6 PM (Saturday), 1 PM - 9 PM (Sunday) • One weekend shift required
