Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Benefits Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional service to existing and prospective clients through multiple communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Developing and maintaining in-depth knowledge of our products and services to effectively address client inquiries and concerns.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve client issues and provide seamless support.
  • Analyzing client needs and identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell relevant products and services.
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports to track client interactions and performance metrics.
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and skills.
