Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Handling inbound and outbound calls with a high level of professionalism and customer service
  • Managing customer accounts and providing technical support
  • Entering application data accurately and efficiently
  • Responding to online chat inquiries as assigned
  • Interpreting and following defined procedures and policies
  • Utilizing creative problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues
  • Demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to changing projects and updates
  • Managing time and tasks effectively, with a focus on multitasking and task prioritization
  • Completing extensive self-study, training, and testing to ensure eligibility for certifications
  • Adhering to regulated guidelines for communications via all channels

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Moderate to advanced computer skills, with a high level of comfort learning new technology
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on professionalism
  • A high level of self-motivation and a drive for success
  • Comfort working from home, with a dedicated and secure workspace
  • A minimum internet speed of 35 mb/s with an ethernet connection (cable/fiber broadband internet with a hard-wired ethernet connection is required)
  • A personal device with a functioning camera (required for the training period)

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, previous experience in customer support or technical support roles, as well as experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance or the Affordable Care Act, can be beneficial. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices, as well as Spanish bilingual skills, are also a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you can expect a competitive salary range of $15.00 - $16.50 hourly, with opportunities for performance-based incentives.
