Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced full stack software engineer to join our team of experts in web and cloud application development. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable and secure web and cloud applications that meet the needs of our customers. You will work closely with our cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and product managers to identify and prioritize project requirements, develop technical solutions, and ensure timely and successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

* Design, develop, and deploy scalable and secure web and cloud applications using a range of technologies, including Java, Python, and cloud platforms such as AWS and GCP

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements, develop technical solutions, and ensure timely and successful project delivery
• Develop and maintain high-quality code, following best practices and coding standards
• Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to colleagues
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, and identify opportunities for process improvements
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in web and cloud application development, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and growth

Authority and Leadership

As a senior member of our team, you will have the opportunity to lead and mentor junior engineers, and contribute to the development of our team's technical strategy and direction. You will be responsible for guiding and supporting your team members, providing feedback and coaching, and helping to identify and develop their skills and expertise.

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field

• 3+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on web and cloud application development
• Strong knowledge of Java, Python, and cloud platforms such as AWS and GCP
• Experience with agile development methodologies, such as Scrum and Kanban
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to guide and support junior engineers

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field

• 5+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on web and cloud application development
• Experience with NoSQL databases, such as HBase, Couchbase, and MongoDB
• Experience with microservices architecture and containerization using Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience with DevOps tools and practices, such as CI/CD pipelines and continuous monitoring
• Strong knowledge of cloud security and compliance, with experience in implementing secure cloud architectures
