We’re in the pre-launch phase, building a modern, patient-first platform that offers compounded GLP-1 medications like semaglutide and tirzepatide through licensed 503A/503B pharmacies. We serve patients who need personalized support — whether that means lower-cost options, custom dosages, or a provider who actually listens. As a provider on our team, you’ll help us create a better path forward — one prescription at a time. Position Overview: We’re seeking contracted medical providers (MDs, NPs, PAs, or DOs) who are licensed to prescribe and passionate about delivering meaningful, accessible care. This position is great for:

• New grads looking to gain experience and earn side income
• Licensed professionals wanting flexible supplemental work
• Retired clinicians with active licenses who want something low-stress and purpose-driven

As a 1099 contractor, you’ll review digital intake forms, assess patient eligibility, and prescribe non-controlled compounded medications — all remotely, with no set schedule or daily quotas. What You’ll Do:

• Review patient intake forms and health histories
• Assess medical eligibility for compounded weight loss and wellness medications
• Electronically prescribe medications when appropriate
• Collaborate with our internal team as needed

Pay Structure:

• Paid per approved prescription/consult
• No hourly clock-in/out
• Low time commitment with the opportunity for extra income

Qualifications:

• Active U.S. medical license (Florida or multistate preferred)
• DEA license is a plus (not required for all medications)
• Comfortable using telehealth platforms and EMR
• Supportive of stigma-free, patient-centered care
• Familiarity with GLP-1s, compounded medications, or a willingness to learn
