Key Responsibilities
As a Live Chat Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Managing multiple live chat conversations with website visitors simultaneously, ensuring prompt and professional responses to all inquiries.
- Providing accurate and up-to-date information about our construction and roofing services, including pricing, products, and processes.
- Converting chat interactions into qualified leads or scheduled appointments, utilizing your excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Requirements
