They are seeking a driven Account Executive to build and manage a pipeline of new business opportunities and foster relationships with key decision-makers to drive growth in behavioral health solutions.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage a robust pipeline of new business opportunities, driving toward and exceeding revenue targets
- Execute outbound sales strategies—including cold calling, personalized email campaigns, and social selling—to connect with potential clients
- Understand client challenges and align them with our SaaS solutions to deliver clear, measurable outcomes
- Foster lasting relationships with key decision-makers to support long-term growth and client success
- Stay on top of trends, competitor activity, and market shifts to continuously refine sales strategy
- Partner with teams across marketing, product, and customer success to deliver a seamless experience from first contact to onboarding
- Join a mission-driven team creating harmony between therapists, their clients, and the healthcare community—building technology that works the way clinicians work
- Managing the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing, driving growth across behavioral health solutions
Skills
- Demonstrated success in a SaaS sales role, with a strong emphasis on outbound, new business generation
- Experience selling into a range of customer types, including small to large organizations
- Consistent track record of exceeding sales goals and revenue targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to navigate complex sales cycles and engage multiple stakeholders
- Self-starter with adaptability and a passion for growth
