As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in facilitating the production process of accurate documentation provided to our process servers teams. Job Overview

As a Data Entry Specialist and QC personnel, you'll be responsible for reviewing and confirming work entered into our systems, solving issues, and escalating as needed. This role requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting. Key Responsibilities

• Review and file legal documents using internal systems and email

  • Participate in ongoing training to expand knowledge of industry and process
  • Investigate discrepancies as they arise
  • Complete additional projects as assigned
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure accurate and efficient data entry
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of arenaflex's systems and processes
  • Identify and escalate issues that may impact the quality of our services

Qualifications

While experience is not necessary, we're looking for individuals with a strong foundation in data entry and a passion for accuracy. Here are the essential qualifications for this role:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Desire and ability to be a team player
  • Experience and basic proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Type 40 - 50 plus WPM
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting
