Responsibilities

As a Clinical Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Answering incoming calls from providers, members, and health plans, providing timely and accurate information to resolve their queries and concerns.
  • Utilizing arenaflex's proprietary systems to access caller information, provide solutions, and escalate issues to the appropriate department.
  • Maintaining accurate records of calls, ensuring timely follow-up, and meeting or exceeding minimum key job accountabilities.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues, provide support, and foster a positive work environment.
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Adhering to all policies, standards, and compliance requirements to ensure a safe, secure, and healthy work environment.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in an inbound call center environment.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in multiple systems and software.
  • Strong verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent listening and interpersonal communication skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Work Environment

As a remote worker, you'll have the flexibility to work from home (WFH) in a designated work area, equipped with company-provided technology equipment. You'll need to have a stable connection to your Internet Service Provider, with the ability to participate in online meetings over a reliable and consistent network (minimum 50 Mbps download and 50 Mbps upload speed).

Physical Requirements

This role requires:

  • Primarily sedentary work, with the ability to sit for long periods.
  • Ability to see, speak, and hear other personnel and/or objects.
  • Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to travel within and around the facility or WFH environment.
  • Capable of using a telephone, computer keyboard, and mouse.
  • Ability to lift up to 10 lbs.
