Job Summary

We're seeking experienced Customer Service Agents to join our team on a part-time or full-time basis. As a Customer Service Agent, you'll be responsible for booking air and ground transportation, researching and locating the best pricing and options for clients, booking hotel reservations, and planning and promoting accommodations and travel scenarios. If you're a people person with excellent communication skills, a passion for travel, and a willingness to learn and grow, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Agent at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting projects and tasks, including:

• Booking air and ground transportation for clients, ensuring that their travel plans are seamless and stress-free
• Researching and locating the best pricing and options for clients based on their needs, providing expert recommendations and advice
• Booking hotel reservations for clients in their desired location, taking into account their preferences and budget
• Planning and promoting accommodations and travel scenarios, using your creativity and knowledge of the travel industry to create unforgettable experiences
• Providing exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise
• Collaborating with our team to develop and implement new travel packages and promotions

Qualifications

To be successful as a Customer Service Agent at arenaflex, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

• Trainable and coachable, with a willingness to learn and grow in the role
• Organized and detail-oriented, with excellent time management skills
• Business-minded, with a passion for the travel industry and a desire to succeed
• Able to work remotely, with a reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace
• Able to work with minimal supervision, taking initiative and making decisions independently
