Responsibilities

As an Experienced Remote Online Chat Specialist with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Answering incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns with accuracy, concision, and professionalism
  • Evaluating customer interactions and escalating issues to the Online Chat Manager when necessary
  • Building relationships with new customers to better understand and meet their needs
  • Responding to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems in a timely and effective manner
  • Promoting interest in arenaflex's products and services through engaging and informative interactions
  • Consistently meeting established standards of the position, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction metrics
  • Portraying and projecting a positive and professional image at all times
  • Providing administrative support to the customer service team as needed
  • Assisting with overflow work and other duties as required
  • Working from home in a remote capacity, with the flexibility to manage your schedule and work environment

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in a remote or online setting
  • Strong telephone etiquette and communication skills
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and software
  • Excellent ability to manage multiple tasks at once, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines
  • Ability to adapt to different personalities, cultures, and communication styles
  • A positive and professional attitude, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
