As a Customer Service Professional with Croatian, you'll play a vital role in providing high-level customer service, answering incoming calls, and meeting targets. Key Responsibilities

* Provide high-level customer service to clients via phone, email, and other communication channels

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Meet targets and exceed customer satisfaction expectations
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term loyalty and growth
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall service quality

Requirements

* Proficiency in Croatian (C2/native) and English (B2)

  • Experience in medical projects or a related field
  • Knowledge of MS Office and developed computer skills
  • Motivated and enthusiastic personality with a passion for customer service
  • Ability to prioritize and plan tasks effectively
  • Independence and ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to solve problems and think critically
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Sales skills and ability to upsell/cross-sell products/services
  • Soft skills, including effective communication, teamwork, and adaptability
