Job Summary

As a Senior Customer Success Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for leading a virtual team, managing program deliveries, and building strong senior customer relationships. You'll work closely with our customers to understand their needs, identify opportunities for growth, and develop strategies to drive business success. Key Responsibilities

* Lead a virtual team of customer success managers to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business growth

  • Manage program deliveries to ensure timely and successful implementation of arenaflex products and services
  • Build and maintain strong senior customer relationships to understand their needs and identify opportunities for growth
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business success and customer adoption
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of customer success programs
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
  • Develop and deliver training programs to upskill customer success managers
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure arenaflex remains a leader in the market

Requirements

* Delivery project experience in customer-facing roles, with a proven track record of success

  • Industry depth and experience in Manufacturing industries, with a strong understanding of the sector's challenges and opportunities
  • Strong acumen on delivery methodology and delivery service offerings, with the ability to develop and implement effective strategies
  • Knowledge of the Business Value Assessment (BVA) tools and overall process, with the ability to analyze customer data and identify trends
  • Fluency in English and local language (verbal and written), with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in managing virtual teams and leading remote work environments
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and develop creative solutions
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
