Key Responsibilities

As a Visa Consultant (Customer Services) at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Liaising with business clients to understand their specific visa and passport requirements, providing expert guidance and support throughout the process.
  • Guiding clients through the UK passport application process and visa applications for various embassies in London, ensuring accuracy and compliance with requirements.
  • Preparing and reviewing application documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with requirements, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of UK visa and passport regulations and embassy protocols.
  • Responding promptly to client queries via email and phone, offering clear and professional advice, and tracking application progress to provide timely updates.
  • Maintaining detailed records of client interactions and application statuses, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration with our team.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A proven track record in visa consulting, immigration services, customer services, or a related field, with a strong understanding of UK passport and visa regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple client cases simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using email and phone communication tools, with a reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional environment for phone calls.
  • A self-starter attitude, with a high degree of initiative and a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English, with exceptional communication skills.
