As a Lead Customer Experience Researcher, you'll have the opportunity to work with a talented team of researchers, analysts, and business leaders to drive business growth and improve customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

As a Lead Customer Experience Researcher, you'll be responsible for leading research initiatives that provide actionable insights to improve customer experiences. Your primary focus will be on:

  • Understanding member and provider experiences to provide leadership teams with actionable insights for improving them
  • Advising on research strategies to answer business questions and produce actionable insights, along with facilitating primary research (qualitative and quantitative) with various types of customers
  • Producing deliverables that are easy to consume and presenting actionable insights to senior business executives
  • Facilitating primary research (quantitative and qualitative) from beginning to end, including scoping, methodology selection, fielding, and analysis
  • Delivering and presenting reports that produce actionable insights
  • Creating service recovery/inner loop processes for surveys
  • Designing, building, and launching surveys/dashboards (Qualtrics Engage)
  • Understanding Discover text analysis connectors, taxonomies, and dashboards

Performance Expectations/Metrics

As a Lead Customer Experience Researcher, you'll be expected to:

  • Produce high-quality research deliverables that meet or exceed client expectations
  • Present actionable insights to senior business executives in a clear, concise manner
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve customer experiences
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer experience research

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Primary/Generative and Secondary/Evaluative research experience
  • Qualitative and quantitative research expertise
  • Experience facilitating Focus Groups and Diary Studies
  • Proficiency in Qualtrics/Clarabridge and SPSS
  • Healthcare insurance or equivalent
  • Research repository experience

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following skills and experience are highly desirable:

  • Experience with online research communities (e.g. Fuel Cycle)
  • Familiarity with user testing platforms
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
