What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

As a Customer Support Associate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Triage, respond to, and resolve customer support cases in a timely and professional manner
  • Troubleshoot and provide guidance on Elation EHR, Elation Billing, and Patient Passport applications via email, chat, phone, and screen share
  • Collaborate effectively with other members of the support team to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Build expertise in all Elation products and maintain excellent attention to detail
  • Manage multiple tasks efficiently while demonstrating strong empathy in customer interactions

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries effectively
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must demonstrate empathy when working with customers

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

While not required, the following qualifications will make you a strong candidate:

  • Previous experience in a customer support role, particularly within healthcare technology
  • Familiarity with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems
  • Experience in Revenue Cycle Management or related fields
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer service
  • Knowledge of the healthcare industry and its regulations
