Job Summary

As a Customer Support Chat Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for our users, providing timely and accurate responses to their inquiries via live chat and email. You'll work closely with our team to identify user needs, resolve product malfunctions, and gather valuable feedback to drive product improvements. Responsibilities

* Respond to user queries in a timely and accurate manner via live chat and email, ensuring a positive user experience

  • Follow up with unresponsive users and leads to ensure their questions are resolved and their needs are met
  • Proactively identify user needs and help customers implement specific features to enhance their experience
  • Analyze product malfunctions, test different scenarios, and report issues to ensure seamless user interactions
  • Gather user feedback, feature requests, and workarounds, and proactively suggest improvements to enhance our platform
  • Collaborate with the support team to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional customer service

Requirements

* 2+ years of experience working remotely in the tech industry, with a focus on customer support

  • 2+ years of experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Experience handling multiple incoming chat requests simultaneously, with a focus on prioritization and time management
  • Access to a computer or laptop and reliable internet (2nd monitor recommended)
  • Experience using help desk software and remote tools, such as Intercom, Slack, and Notion
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to communicate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner
  • Agents must provide their own computer and stable internet connection

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working with nonprofit organizations or charities

  • Familiarity with CRM and fundraising software
  • Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Experience with user testing and feedback gathering
