Project Manager (Workshop Delivery & Coordination)

We are looking for two Project Managers to support the coordination and execution of workshop-related activities across global teams. These roles are critical in ensuring smooth planning, delivery, and follow-up of workshops, with a strong focus on organization, stakeholder communication, and process tracking.

This is a distributed setup:

  • 1 role based in Europe (ideally Prague, Czech Republic)
  • 1 role based in the United States

You will work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure that workshops are effectively prepared, executed, and evaluated.

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Coordinate end-to-end workshop activities, from preparation to post-session follow-up
  • Manage participant tracking, including invitations, confirmations, and attendance monitoring
  • Ensure timely distribution of pre-workshop materials and feedback requests
  • Collect, track, and consolidate feedback before and after workshop sessions
  • Act as a central point of contact for workshop-related communication
  • Monitor timelines, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure smooth execution
  • Identify and resolve logistical or coordination issues proactively
  • Maintain clear documentation and reporting on workshop outcomes and participation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across different time zones
