- Engage with potential clients to understand their insurance requirements and provide expert guidance.
- Develop and present customized insurance proposals that meet individual client needs.
- Effectively manage a sales pipeline, from initial contact through closing the deal.

- Stay current with insurance products, market trends, and regulatory changes.

- Achieve and exceed sales targets, demonstrating a commitment to high performance.
- Prior Allstate experience is required for this role.
- Property/Casualty and Life/Health insurance licenses.
- Demonstrated success in sales, ideally within the insurance industry.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A proactive approach to identifying client needs and offering solutions.
- A genuine desire to help people and build lasting relationships.
- Ability to manage your time effectively and work independently.
- Enthusiasm for continuous learning and professional development in the insurance field.
