Key Responsibilities and Duties

As a Remote Customer Experience Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients through email and phone communications. Your key responsibilities and duties will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via email and phone with professionalism and in a timely manner
  • Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues, escalating complex cases to the appropriate teams when necessary
  • Planning and selling transportation, accommodations, insurance, and other travel services
  • Cooperating with clients to determine their needs and advising them on appropriate destinations, modes of transportation, travel dates, costs, and accommodations
  • Providing accurate, valid, and comprehensive information by utilizing the right methods and tools
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, processing customer accounts, and filing documents
  • Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
  • Taking the extra mile to engage customers and build a loyal client base
  • Working collaboratively with team members to improve the overall customer service experience
  • Staying up-to-date with new products, services, and policies

Qualifications

To be successful as a Remote Customer Experience Agent, you will need to possess the following qualifications:
