We're seeking a highly skilled and results-driven professional to utilize our CRM (Close.io) to book and close sales calls for our fitness client prospects. As a successful candidate, you will have a proven track record of cold calling leads, converting them into booked calls, and closing them on Zoom calls. Experience in fitness sales call closing is highly advantageous.

Job Description

As a High Ticket Closer and Appointment Setter, your key responsibilities will include:

• Cold and warm lead calling, appointment setting, and booking leads with the sales team and yourself
• Recording all data in Close.io and monitoring leads that come into the list, calling them as per our standards
• Showing initiative to try new methods of contacting hard-to-get-hold-of leads and reporting daily on tasks completed
• Providing feedback from calls and duties, and attending weekly operational meetings

Main Skills Required

To excel in this role, you will need:

• A high degree of goal orientation and a burning desire to surpass goals and objectives
• Ability to persuade prospects to book calls over the phone and show up
• High-level objection breaking skills and capability to hold high-level conversations
• Excellent presentation skills, ability to work at pace, and to high detail
• Able to work both as a team and alone, with a high degree of punctuality and work ethic

Pay Structure and Perks

We offer a competitive pay structure, including:

• Base pay plus above industry average % paid on cash collected for both set calls and closed calls (OTE £25,000 - £50,000 / year)
• Multi-bonuses at tiered levels of calls booked
