What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
As a Customer Service Representative - Remote, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Input Sales Orders Daily: You'll be responsible for inputting sales orders daily with a focus on accuracy, ensuring no more than 2 errors per month.
- Set Up and Maintain Standing Orders: You'll set up and maintain standing orders for customers, including holds, releases, and additions.
- Process Exceptions: You'll process exceptions and handle related tasks such as creating credit memos and filing freight claims.
- Attend Scheduled Meetings: You'll attend scheduled meetings and maintain a strong presence in the workplace.
- Provide Excellent Customer Service: You'll provide excellent customer service while adhering to company policies and safety standards.
What is Required (Qualifications)
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Minimum of 2 Years of Experience: You'll need a minimum of 2 years of experience in a relationship-building customer service environment.
- High School Diploma: A high school diploma is preferred, but not required.
- Ability to Follow Safety Guidelines: You'll need to follow safety guidelines and maintain a record free of serious injuries.
- Strong Attention to Detail: You'll need strong attention to detail and the ability to manage stress while meeting deadlines.
- Punctuality: You'll need to be punctual in clocking in and out for work and lunch, with minimal errors.
