Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member, you'll be responsible for:

  • Establishing and maintaining strong customer relationships through prompt, accurate, and friendly service
  • Responding to customer inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
  • Using a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options
  • Collaborating with other agency team members to efficiently meet customer needs and promote business growth
  • Anticipating customer needs and proactively resolving issues to ensure exceptional customer experiences

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A strong commitment to customer service and a passion for helping others
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively relate to customers, answer their questions, and anticipate their needs
  • Proactive problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues efficiently
  • Bilingual Spanish is preferred, but not required
  • Prior State Farm experience is required, as you'll be working closely with our State Farm Agent team
