Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and their customers. You will handle inbound calls, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. Your primary goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction, while also continuously learning and growing with our company.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide excellent customer support to customers with a friendly, professional, and welcoming attitude

  • Handle inbound calls in a timely manner and manage outbound calls as necessary
  • Research and verify information provided by customers utilizing online resources
  • Follow communication scripts provided while handling various technical topics and issues
  • Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research issues, and provide solutions to customer inquiries
  • Provide customers with product and service information as needed
  • Continuously learn and train to maintain and expand your product knowledge and customer service skills
  • Update job and product knowledge by participating in ongoing educational opportunities

Essential Qualifications

* Professional work ethic

  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage your time effectively
  • Active listening with the ability to resolve customer issues
  • Basic computer skills utilizing Microsoft Windows and browser-based applications
  • Minimum typing speed of 25wpm
  • Ability to identify and escalate priority issues
  • Manage and update customer data by entering and editing customer information
  • Quiet work space
  • High-speed internet
  • Bi-lingual skills a plus (Spanish or French)

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous customer service experience

  • Experience working in a call center or customer-facing role
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
