Responsibilities

As a Remote Live Chat Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding promptly to client inquiries via live chat, providing accurate information and solutions.
  • Assisting clients with navigating our website, accessing services, and utilizing resources.
  • Diagnosing and resolving technical issues, escalating to technical support teams when necessary.
  • Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction by providing friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient service.
  • Documenting and tracking client interactions, feedback, and issues using our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Collaborating with other team members and departments to ensure comprehensive and cohesive support.

Qualifications

To be successful as a Remote Live Chat Representative, you'll need:

Available Shifts and Compensation

We have available shifts all days of the week, and compensation ranges from $40.00 to $75.00 per hour.
