Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced and motivated Remote Night Shift Customer Service Agent to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for assigning trips to dispatchers and Care Partners on a nightly basis, answering inbound calls from members, and coordinating evening trips. Responsibilities
As a Remote Night Shift Customer Service Agent, your key responsibilities will include:
- Assigning trips to dispatchers in the Health-E Rides system (approx 700-900 per night)
- Building dispatchers' daily schedules with breaks and lunches taken into consideration
- Determining which dispatchers are eligible for certain trips based on the language spoken by the member
- Stacking trips to contracted Care Partners
- Answering inbound calls from members during evening hours
- Coordinating evening trips as they come in
- Assisting with Care Partner-related administrative tasks such as payment processing
- Assisting with Level 1 administrative tickets in Zendesk
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Previous experience in dispatching and coordinating transportation
- Healthcare experience preferred
- Consistently reliable and able to work evening shifts
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency in using technology, including Health-E Rides and Zendesk
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset:
- Experience working in a call center or customer service environment
- Familiarity with non-emergency medical transportation industry
- Certification in customer service or a related field
- Bilingual or multilingual skills
