Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving issues efficiently, and working collaboratively with our team to achieve our goals. Your specific duties will include:

  • Supporting intake and dispatch emergency road service calls to truckers who call in
  • Handling escalated issues from the tire service centers
  • Answering calls from customers who have broken down and working to locate a service provider in the area
  • Inputting relevant call information into our PC system
  • Processing new sales orders or upgrading panel type
  • Transferring calls to other departments/call centers if the customer requires

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Ability to move fast, fix problems, and be nice
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in the English language
  • Work from home experience preferred
  • History of great attendance
  • Must be highly organized and able to follow-through
  • PC familiarity and proficient typing skills
  • Ability to navigate through several web applications simultaneously
  • Strong technical skills
  • Must be articulate and professional
  • Successfully pass a criminal background, drug screen, and employment verification

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in a call center environment

  • Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
