Job Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Understanding all inbound and outbound calling strategies: Stay up-to-date on the latest calling techniques and strategies to ensure seamless customer interactions.
- Taking all overflow inbound service calls: Answer calls in a timely manner, providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their needs are met.
- Assisting customers with appointment scheduling: Help customers schedule appointments with our service team, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
- Working with Service Managers to ensure the customer experience: Collaborate with our Service Managers to ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service and satisfaction.
- Maintaining working knowledge of dealership systems and technologies: Stay current on our systems and technologies to provide accurate and efficient service to our customers.
- Knowledge of marketing campaigns and manufacturer updates: Stay informed about our marketing campaigns and manufacturer updates to provide informed and relevant service to our customers.
Qualifications:

- Call Center and Appointment Setting experience: Previous experience in a call center or appointment setting environment.

- Strong team player: A collaborative and supportive attitude, with a willingness to work closely with our Service Managers and other team members.
- Bilingual is a strong plus: Proficiency in multiple languages is a valuable asset in this role.
