Job Responsibilities

As an Experienced Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in supporting our Specialty Pharmacy department. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Portraying a positive image of arenaflex to patients and clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
• Helping patients through the phone to place new and reorder existing medication orders.
• Staying up-to-date with correspondence from suppliers, controlled substances, and co-pay assistance programs.
• Ordering and stocking medications and supplies.
• Maintaining patient records and stock processes, including data entry and reconciliation.
• Collaborating with the Pharmacy team to ensure accurate and timely medication dispensing.
• Providing support with patient profiles and entering fixed data into the pharmacy system.
• Answering telephones and providing prompt and professional customer support, including co-pay assistance card data.
• Filling fixes by supplying stockholders, counting, pouring, restocking, checking, and surveying plans under direct Pharmacy team oversight.
• Processing credit and charge transactions.
• Completing weekly reports and maintaining accurate records.
• Ordering, receiving, labeling, and stocking specialty medications and supplies.
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety and security protocols.

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Previous experience in a pharmacy or healthcare setting preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in data entry software.
• Math skills and attention to detail required.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

* Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., pharmacy, healthcare).
