Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced and customer-focused Remote Customer Service Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers via phone, ensuring timely resolution of their queries, and maintaining the highest standards of quality. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service via phone, ensuring timely resolution of customer queries and maintaining the highest standards of quality

  • Collaborate with management and co-workers in a remote setting to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Work independently from home in a secured workspace, with minimal supervision
  • Ensure call resolution in a timely manner, with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Provide product solutions and perform other duties as assigned
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

* At least 18 years old

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 6 months of customer service experience, preferably in a sales role
  • Strong computer knowledge, including ability to accurately type at least 30 wpm
