The Role
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative – Live Chat Support Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing timely and effective support through live chat, phone, and email channels. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Professionally answering calls and addressing caller inquiries as needed, routing calls to the appropriate resource when necessary
- Performing research using available resources to provide required information to callers
- Identifying and escalating complex issues to the research team
- Completing necessary administrative work as needed and maintaining accurate call logs
- Participating in other projects as assigned by your supervisor
