Job Overview:
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in delivering world-class support to our customers while embodying our commitment to sustainability, innovation, and customer-centricity. In this part-time remote role, you will communicate with customers to resolve inquiries, offer solutions, and ensure their experiences with arenaflex are positive and seamless. You will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional support through multiple channels (phone, email, chat, etc.) and collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer concerns and feedback.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
