Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving complex issues
  • Communicating with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints in a timely and effective manner
  • Knowing our products and services inside and out to provide accurate and helpful information
  • Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests with accuracy and efficiency
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary to ensure seamless customer support
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process to drive continuous improvement

Position Summary

As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be the primary point of contact for customers seeking assistance with their accounts, benefits, and other related inquiries. You'll be responsible for answering questions, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience for our customers.

Required Qualifications

* Must live in the state of Oklahoma full-time

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office products
  • Experience in a highly transactional call center environment
  • Excellent customer service and critical thinking skills
  • High-speed internet access (25 mbps or higher) and consistent connection
  • Work location must be set up with a direct connection to the router (NOT Wi-Fi)

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Familiarity with CRM software and customer service platforms
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Education

* High School diploma or GED equivalent
