About the Role

As a Part-Time Remote Associate Customer Service Representative in Everyday Banking, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service to our customers. You'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. You'll work closely with our team to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service and support.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to our customers through various channels, including phone, text, chat, video chat, and other lines of communication

  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Escalate complex issues to more senior employees as needed
  • Perform routine tasks, such as answering inquiries, resolving problems, and providing best-in-class customer experiences
  • Navigate multiple computer systems and applications to find information and resolve customer issues
  • Meet or exceed business goals and objectives, including metrics and performance targets

Required Qualifications

* 6 months of customer service, financial services, or contact center experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education

  • Ability to provide strong customer service while listening, eliciting information efficiently, comprehending, and resolving customer issues
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with integrity and a high level of professionalism
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-demand, metric-driven call center environment
  • Ability to meet or exceed business goals and objectives and navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information

Desired Qualifications

* Military experience resolving complex issues via written or verbal communication, including but not limited to, supply action requests, updating personnel records, answering benefit or pay questions, resolving errors, researching questions, and other needs as requested by customers

  • Knowledge, understanding, and experience of internet, mobile, and social media technology
  • Ability to work additional hours as needed and be flexible with scheduling
  • Ability to work on-site at the location posted

Training and Development

* You'll receive in-depth classroom training, continued on-the-job training, and coaching to learn about arenaflex banking products, procedures, and services

  • Training class starts on 9/16/24 for 7 weeks, with training hours from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday to Friday
  • You'll be required to attend the full duration of this paid 7-week training program

Compensation and Benefits

* Starting rate of $18.00 per hour

  • Eligibility for a shift differential of 15% under the terms of the shift differential policy
  • Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off
