Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative for Blue Cross Blue Shield at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

Requirements

  • Ability to navigate and use computer systems efficiently, including our customer relationship management (CRM) system
  • Knowledge of health insurance terminology and processes is a plus, but not required
