Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Support Representative to join our remote team. As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and their customers through various communication channels. You'll be the face of arenaflex, and your passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences will make a significant impact on our clients' businesses.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide timely and effective support to customers through phone, email, chat, or other communication channels.

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handling time.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed and accurate support.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.

Essential Qualifications

* High School Diploma or equivalent required.

  • One year of customer service experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse customer groups.
  • Proficiency in using computer applications, including CRM software, email, and chat platforms.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Excellent typing skills, with the ability to type at least 40 wpm.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment.

  • Knowledge of customer service software and tools, such as Zendesk or Freshdesk.
  • Experience working with multiple clients and their products or services.
  • Strong knowledge of customer service principles and best practices.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
