About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:Customer Service Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Assessing customer needs and providing the correct answer, path, troubleshooting, or method for a positive customer experience
- Answering and managing incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems
- Learning and following all customer service procedures and policies
- Striving to meet and exceed personal and team target goals
- Recording, organizing, and filing customer interactions and account changes
- Upselling and scheduling call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you'll need:Essential Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Basic computer skills and experience with CRM software
- Able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
