The Role
As a Customer Service & Sales Support Representative at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth. You will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and upselling/cross-selling our products and services. You will also be expected to work closely with our sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Upsell/cross-sell our products and services to customers
- Work closely with our sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to drive sales growth
- Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure that our products and services meet the evolving needs of our customers
Requirements
* A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree in a related field is an asset
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or sales is required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is required
- A life insurance license is required; we will help you obtain your license if you don't have one now
